DESCRIPTION:The farm is on the right\, if you are coming from Fordingbridge\, opposite the chapel up a short gravel track\, there is parking to the right as you come through the gate onto the farmyard. \nFollowing the success of our previous planting session\, we have been invited back to plant an additional strip of native hedgerow plants. \nAny children attending are solely the responsibility of their responsible adult whilst on the farm. Spaces are limited so please let us know if you would like to attend.

DESCRIPTION:UPDATE: DUE TO A WEATHER WARNING OF HIGH WINDS WE HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE THE TREE PLANTING TO SUNDAY 28TH NOVEMBER 11-2\n\nFordingbridge Greener Living’s next tree planting event is to be held on Saturday 27th November and open to all to attend  \nOur plan is to plant approximately 150 whips (small trees) donated by the Woodland Trust\, to naturalise and fill gaps left after the removal of dead Ash trees within the wooded area along Falconwood. In addition\, we shall also be creating a new wooded area\, as show on the map. This will help blend the tree line between the green space at the rear of Allen Water Drive and Falconwood. The trees being planted are the same native species used successfully at the tiny forest site at Parsonage Park in February/March this year.\nTree species are as follows: Wild Cherry\, Rowan\, Birch\, Hawthorn\, Dogwood\, Hazel.\nWe shall be meeting next to the old railway bridge on Marl Lane\, adjacent to Falconwood (the green space behind Allen Water Drive).\nWe require a few more volunteers to assist with running this event and are keen to have some photographs taken.
